Sparkling rosé wine refermented in the bottle

 This sparkling wine is obtained by refermentation in the bottle and a refinement on the lees for about 3 months in the bottle. When served, the yeast deposit can be left on the bottom or recirculated in the wine, giving further intensity to the drink.
